我国非公有制林业发展缓慢的直接原因是投资不足, 而深层原因则是制度投入和制度创新不够。新时期我国非公有制林业应承担起满足国内市场对初级林产品需求的重任, 为此要加大制度创新和制度投入力度, 促进非公有制林业的发展。

The slow development of Chinas non-public-owned fo restry has many reaso ns.The direct cause is the dificiency of forestry investment , but the essential reaso n concerns institution input and institutio n innovation .In the new background, Chinas non-publicow ned forestry is charged with meeting the domestic demand of forestry goods.To enhance the development of non-public-owned forestry , institution innovation and institution input are needed
