| 农民问题, 在一定意义上就是农民权利问题。而农民权利问题实际上就是农民生存权问题。如果不能
正视农民的生存权利问题就无法谈到“三农” 问题的解决。文章从现有文献的研究中得出影响农民生存权的因素
和对策, 并分析了各种观点对解决农民生存权的优点与不足, 对以上各种观点和看法提出了建设性的建议和看法。 |

| To some ex tent , the farmer issue is the farmers rights issue .And farmers rights are , in actuality , farmers subsistence
rights.The “ three rural issues” can not be said resolved if farmers subsistence rights are not guaranteed properly .This paper identifies
various facto rs and solutions of farmers subsistence rights , making an analysis of their respective adv antages and sho rtcomings and
g iving constructive optio ns for those various views and ideas. |
