中文摘要:

我国农村妇女平均每年自杀死亡人数是17.32 万, 农村妇女这一社会群体自杀率居我国首位。其中, 受教育的权利和机会以及以土地承包权为首要内容的财产权在事实上的缺失和不平等, 是我国农村妇女群体高自杀率的根本原因。实行农村女童入学直接补贴制度, 确保我国农村妇女受教育权利和机会的平等;确认农村土地承包权的物权性质, 保障我国农村妇女的土地承包权, 是维护我国农村妇女生存基础和人格尊严的重要途径, 也是降低我国农村妇女群体高自杀率的根本保证。

英文摘要:

The av erage annual suicidal dea th to ll o f rural w omen in our country is 173 200, and the committing suicide rate of this social g roup occupies the first place of our country .The fundamental reaso ns of the group' s high suicide rate are unequaloty in the education chances and property rights which mainly embodied in land contract rights.To allevia te the high suicide rate , the paper puts forw ard some conerete countermeasures, including direct subsidy for rural school girls and guarantee of land contract rig hts .
