| The refo rm of judiciary system is one of the most impo rtant par ts of cur rent judicial reform in China , w hile the process of
reform should be lead by some modern judicial ideas.The fundamental modern judicial ideas are judicial fairness and judicial efficiency .
As to the judiciary sy stem , these ideas demand the nobility and independence of judiciary .So the reform o f our country' s judiciary sy stem
should be conducted in the areas of selectio n and occupational protection of judges. |
