| 熵和耗散结构理论被引入到高等教育系统的管理中, 其中熵理论启示管理者必须对高等教育系统进行
内外部关系协调管理;耗散结构理论则说明对高等教育系统协调管理的实质是一个降熵的过程。在此基础上, 运
用耗散结构理论对我国高等教育系统演化过程进行了分析, 并提出在发展高等教育系统过程中培养领导者的降熵
意识是系统降熵的前提条件和首要任务;要充分开放高等教育系统、不断接受外部环境的挑战;要以低熵为目标,
合理调配现有高等教育系统资源。 |

| Entropy and dissipative structure theory are introduced in management of hig her education system .According to the entropy
theo ry , coordination management is necessary ;in the lig ht of the dissipative structure theory , it is showed that the essential of
coordinate management is the process of decreasing entropy .In this paper , the evolvement pro cess of higher education system is analy
zed, and several suggestio ns are pro vided. |
