机和行为进行了观察, 并从心理学和行为学角度进行分析, 初步提出确保农民和研究工作者主动参与的动力机制
和约束机制, 以期为参与式项目研究和管理提供方法论层面的指导。 |

| By means of participatory observ atio n, the paper studies the different stakeholders' (farmers and scholars)different demands,
mo tivation and behaviors from perspectives of psycholo gy and behavior science .An elementary motivation mechanism and restriction
mechanism are fo rmulated aiming to keep the stakeholders' par ticipation passio n which can be useful in research and management
of participatory items. |
