| There are some problems undermining in the financial suppor t policies to agriculture , such as, insufficient to tal amount of
fund , improper structure of loan, incomplete management system of financial fund, inadequate application of WTO rules.To optimize
the mechanism of financial suppor t to ag riculture, the autho r puts forw ard some countermeasures, including mechanism innov atio n,
specially sustaining keystones, reducing ex penditure to competitive items w hile increasing to public items. |
