乡镇企业是农民工资性收入的重要来源, 是农业剩余劳动力转移的重要途径, 然而乡镇企业资本密集型增长方式却导致吸纳劳动力能力下降。乡镇企业向城镇集中, 发挥聚集效应和为第三产业的发展创造条件, 是转移农业剩余劳动力和增加农民收入的重要选择。

英文摘要:

CTEs are vital source of farmers' income and impor tant places to transfer rural surplus labors, but their capital-intensive g row th mode leads to decrease of their abso rbing labor force ability .CTEs converge at towns, performing concentrating effect , creating conditions for the development of the third industry , are impo rtant choices fo r transferring surplus labors and adding farmers' incomes .
