| 文章通过对劳动法及劳动部有关规章的分析, 提出劳动法并无歧视农民工的内容, 造成农民工权益受
侵犯的主要原因在于司法过程中出现扭曲、行政规章中有不合理的规定。因此政府应转变观念, 废除不合理的规
章制度, 建立农民工劳动权益维护的畅通机制。 |

| On analyzing the Labor Law and related regulations issued by Labor Department , the ar ticle concludes tha t no co ntents
discriminating farmer w orker ex ist in the Labor Law .The main reaso n for the viola tio n of farmer wor ker' s labor rig hts and interests
is the distor tio n in the judicial procedure and some unreasonable ar ticles in administrative regulations .Therefore , the government
should change its ideas , abolish unreasonable laws and regulations and establish an unimpeded system for protecting farmer worker' s
labor rights and interests. |
