| It' s necessary to conduct special legislation to safeguard peasants' rights and interests.Legislation must consider the scientific
nature of the jurisprudence and the rela tio nship with other statutes .Talking about the value of legislation , we should get the balance
of efficiency , impartiality , safeguard and confinement .When it comes to the regulate bound , we should limit the conception of
“ peasant” , achieve bo th entity rights and redress me thods .Equality , legitimacy , facility and economy should be the principles of the
legislation |
