| The translation of law terms is more than a simple job of code transfo rm .Law terms are not equivalent in all countries due
to the impact of the ethical characteristics and the cultur al traditions of law in each country .The subjectivity role of the translators
should be play ed in the translation of law terms and should thus manifest itself in the form of term-absence, semantic non-equivalents
and the choice of terms. |
