| Quite a few of defects and deficiencies have show n up in the decade long judicial practice of State Compensatio n Law w hich
came into effect in 1995 .This article , from the relationship between ethics and law s, holds that the purpose of State Compensation
Law and the objective of ` serving the people' should come along together .It further ex plains implementing ` serving the people'
thought in our Sta te Compensation Law so as to improve this Law . |
