| The reform on university charge which is relative to higher educational investment system is one of the most noticeable cur-
rent numerous problems of higher educational reform. Collecting fees in university is an inevitable choice on disposition of educational
resources under social market economic system. When policies of fee-collecting are being formulated, we not only consider sharing and
compensating the cultivating cost of per student, but also take into account the payment capability of every household, and at the
same time we must implement policy of aiding student and strengthen the management work on fee-collecting in university. In view if
above problems, this paper carries on preliminary probe. |
