现代远程教育作为一种全新的学习方式,对传统的教育理念也是一种冲击,作为教育主体的教师,其角色也发生相应的转换。文章从远程教育的特点出发,分析教师职能的转变,从教师对学生的隐性功能、权威功能的理解,指出现代远程教育教师的主体地位不容置疑。最后分析此种模式下的教师主体地位的工作内涵。

英文摘要:

Mo dern telenet educa tio n, a s a new study method, bring s abo ut im pact on ma ny educa tio ns principle. Teacher , as the principal playe r o f educa tio n, a re a lso ex pe riencing cor responding tra nsitio n of his / her ro le. From the characte ristics o f telenet education this a rticle sets o ut, analy zes the chang e o f teacher 's r ole, a nd based on the understa nding of the o ften unco nscio us and a utho ritativ e influence of the teacher o n the student, point o ut tha t ther e w ill be no doubt for th e principle po sitio n o f teacher in moder n lo ng-dista nce education. Finally , th e a rticle analy zes how to elabo rate a nd str eng then the principle po sitio n of th e teacher in moder n lo ng-distance educv a tio n.
