| 县域经济是国民经济中最基本的子系统,是我国政治、经济、社会和文化生活的支撑
点。受体制变迁、制度约束、政府的非理性行为和银行商业化等因素的作用,县域经济正面临着日
益严重的资金短缺。文章通过对县域经济融资现状和产生机理的研究,提出了解决县域融资难问
题、促进县域经济发展的若干对策。 |

| The county eco nomy is the most basic sub-system o f natio na l eco nomy and the stro ng suppo rt of
the co untry 's po litics, socie ty a nd culture. In recent year s, co unty economy is facing a serious fina nce
shor tag e, w hich r esults from r easons such as changes o f economic system , r estric tions o f r eg ula tio ns, nonra
tio na l per formance of th e gov er nment and commercializa tio n of commercia l ba nks. Some co untermeasures
ar e propo sed after thor oughly a naly zing the situatio n and mechanism in county lev el financing. |
