| 文章针对农业订单履约率低这一实际问题,应用不完全合约理论,根据农业生产及经
营的特点,对农业订单这一合约形式的不完全性进行了分析。进而探讨了由于信息不完全和不对
称而导致的签约主体在各种情形下的败德行为。最后提出了一些从根本上提高农业订单履约率的
有益建议。 |
