| 通过对安徽省霍山县桃源河乡创办农民协会两年来的实践情况调查,作者认为,农民
创办协会,是我国全面推进小康社会建设,加快农村经济结构调整和发展步伐的必然要求,符合客
观经济规律。虽然农民创办的协会目前处于起步阶段,但其中反映出来的一些重大体制和机制问
题,如法律地位、与基层政府和村委会的关系、农民权利等,值得相关政府部门思考。 |
