文章引用了大量资料，本着实事求是的态度对材料进行分析，认为“饮茶”是西汉时期才出现的，此
前的所谓“饮”不过是“羹饮”，是食用与药用相结合的一种方式。 |

| There are a lot of controversies on the problem of the origins of tea-drinking，and this problem
must be settled for it is a precondition to study tea-culture. After summarizing a great amount of relative
materials，the author draw the concolution that tea-drinking appeared in two han dynasty, and what was
called "tea-drinking" before that was a kind of thick soup which was a combination of officinal and edible. |
