| 在对案例区的营造林质量管理工作全面调查的基础上，划分了营造林质量管理工作的
相关利益群体，并进行了利益相关者分析。同时，对营造林质量支持系统中的技术、经营两方面的
社区参与性进行了分析，阐述了社区营造林质量提高的内在原因—产权制度的变革充分调动了
社区群众参与营造林质量管理的积极性。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| On the basis of entire survey for the case area afforestation quality contol(AQC)，it found out the
benefit involved groups and made the benefit analysis for these groups in AQC. In this paper it also dealt with
the community participation for the technology and management in the AQC support system and pointed out
the reason，due to the community afforestation quality improving, that was the community forest poverty
right institution reformation which promoted the villagers' enthusiasm to participate in the community AQC. |
