| 紧急事件中的流言与谣言,不仅对个人身心有害,对社会秩序的稳定甚至经济的发展
也可能产生极大的消极作用。有效地控制流言的传播及其消极影响,是社会管理的重要内容。这不
仅需要改革政府的社会管理体制,增加公共信息的透明度及权威性,同时也要研究紧急事件中社
会成员的社会心理变化,研究流言的传播规律及控制手段,减少流言滋生的社会条件,提高社会成
员的心理素质及抗干扰的能力。 |

| Ta les and rumors will no t only ha rm indiv idua ls physica lly and psy chologically , also have sig nificant
neg ativ e impact upon social stability and eco nomic dev elopment. It is an impo rtant par t o f social manag ement to
effec tiv ely contro l the spread and its neg ative impact of rumors. On one hand, it requires reform of gov ernment 's
socia l management mechanism, and on the other hand, w e sho uld study the psych ological change of social member
s in the ev ent of emerg ency cases, research r umo rs spr ead and co nt rol, reduce social conditions to br eed rumors
and im prov e social member 's psych str eng th a nd their anti-jamming capacity. |
