党支部和村委会的关系总的来说是好的或者比较好的,“两委”关系不正常是少数,但绝不能对此
掉以轻心。本文主要探讨村委会和村党支部关系失衡的表现,分析造成村委会和村党支部关系失
衡的原因,在此基础上提出解决“两委”关系失衡的措施。 |

| The rela tions betw een the v illage commit tee and the bra nch o f CPC is one of the most prominent and
impor ta nt problem of villag er 's auto nomy. Ev en though the relation of v illag e committee and CPC branch in reality
are fairly g ood, w e still need to attach impo rtance to some abno rmal ones. Th e paper mainly probe into the
abno rmal relatio n o f villag e committee and CPC v illag e branch and the causes, it also puts forw ard some countermeasures
to dealing with the unbalance relatio n. |
