| 由于历史、政治和经济等因素导致我国内外资企业的法规制度存在着许多差异,这明
显不符合世贸规则,阻碍了我国经济的整体发展。这既不利于提高我国引资质量,也阻碍外资的健
康发展,同时也不利于内资企业的发展,使内资企业在尚未入世之时就不能与其同处于一条起跑
线之上,处于劣势状态。对于我国来说,在入世后正确面对内外差别刻不容缓,必须对外商投资企
业的法律制度加以调整。文章将从公司制度三大“基石”之一—— “资本制度”的角度研究我国外商
投资企业资本制度现状和改革建议。 |
