轰烈烈的农民技术教育运动,就办学形式而言,此阶段的农民职业技术教育呈现出鲜明的政治性、
普及性、自给自足和灵活性。研究这一历史时期农民教育的特点和经验教训,对今天的农民职业技
术教育发展具有重要的参考价值。特别是群众的广泛参与和多元化的办学途径,对今天的农民职
业技术教育改革有多方面的启示。 |

| An impo r tant measure to mee t the challeng e of China 's ent ry to the WTO is to dev elop farmer s '
vo catio na l educatio n. So w e should refo rm the pr esent farmers ' v oca tional educa tion sy stem o n the ba se of
lea rning successful ex perience and lesso ns from farmers ' vo catio na l educa tio n pr actice in China 's histo ry.
This ar ticle describes four chara cteristics of farmers ' v oca tio nal educa tio n in the pla nned eco nomic sy stem:
politica l sig nificance, popula rization, self-providing and self-meeting and flex ibility. It a lso giv es some adv ice
