| 中小企业由于信用度不高,直接融资渠道的缺乏以及间接融资渠道的单一,使其面临
着融资困难的局面。但是在理论界以及实践中对解决中小企业融资难问题的认识上还存在悖论。
实际上,国有银行和中小企业存在信息上的不对称,以及片面发展中小金融机构,解决中小企业融
资难的问题是缺乏依据的,文章分析了这些悖论并相应的给出了自己的见解。 |

| M edium & sma ll enterprises face the difficulty o f fina ncing because of low credit and default of direct
and indirect financing m eth ods. Ther e a re some recog nitiv e fallacies in the pro blem 's under standing ,
SM E 's financing dif ficulty is no t beca use o f dispro po rtionate informatio n acquisitio n o f sta te ow ened banks,
and the emphasis on dev elo pment of medium & small financial institutions is not a g oo d w ay to solv e the pr oblem.
The paper analyze the fallacies and pr opose their own o pinion. |
