与经济相互作用系统的产生和可持续运行、处理好政府宏观调控与利用市场机制调节的辩证关
系、以风险投资方式开展科技研究等对策。 |

| This paper discusses the g r eat adva nta ges o f th e mar ket eco nomy ov er the planned eco nomy system
in the formatio n and sustainable dev elopment o f the interactiv e sy stem of tech no lo gy and economy. Quite a
few disadva ntag es ar e found in China 's science and techno log y system in the a spects of techno log ical innov atio
n, the inv estment for scientific r esea rh, the integ r atio n of technolog y a nd econom y, etc. In co nt rast with
the ideal model o f technolog y and economy in the ma rket economy sy stem. The w ay s that the autho rs sug gest
to deal with the problems a re to take adva nta ge of the market econom y to promote the formatio n and sustainable
dev elopment o f the inte ractiv e system o f science, technolog y a nd eco nomy, to co r rectly handle the relatio
ns betw een th e g ov er nment 's macro-r eg ula tio n and th e ma rket mecha nism, and to a ttra ct risk investm ents
fo r scientific research. |
