| The technica l rev olutio n in th e 1950s 'is to some ex tent the result o f interactio n betw een the na tio n
and fa rmer s. Both sides a chiev ed their basic go als in this mov ement. The technica l rev olutio n w as o per ated in
the fo rm o f mass mov ement. Its content is inter nally cohe rent, which w o rked to combine theor y with practice,
a nd dea lt with pragmatic pro blems. But it put too much emphasis o n th e po litical ro le, and result ed in
serious fo rma lism and t ur gescence. This mov ement is still o f practical sig nifica nce to the curr ent fa rmer s ' voca
tio na l educa tion. |
