| M erging two or ga niza tions into one is a new sy stem o f the unity of the villag e Par ty branch and the
villag e gov e rnment, w hich w as created in th e course o f implementing v illage r 's auto nomy in the par ts of
China 's villag es in recent year s. No soo ner did it come out than th e sy stem touch ed off max ima l at tention and
discussio n in th e academic cir cles. This author considers that popula rizing the new system in all par ts of the
countr y will be both necessa ry and feasible. This pa per has prov ed th e fea sibility of popula rizing the system
in China 's rura l a reas acco rding to v alid reasons. |
