文章从2001年度公开发表的和学术交流论文入手,总结了本年度关于农业立法、农村土地承包法律制度、农村社会发展法律制度以及外国农业立法和WTO对我国农业立法的影响等方面的研究成果,并做简要评价。

Based o n the published a nd academic exchanging theses in the y ear o f 2001, the ar ticle summarizes and give brief comments o n the yea r 's ag ricultura l law r esea rches in fo ur aspects: ag ricultura l leg islatio n, laws a nd r eg ula tio ns o f countr y land co ntracts, laws a nd r egulatio ns of co unt ry so cial dev elopment, fo r eig n ag ricultural leg islatio n and effects of the ent ry into the W TO on China 's ag ricultur al legisla tio n.
