| 近年来为适应农村经济发展的需要,我国农机服务组织推行股份合作制的步伐日益加
快。但是在股份合作制改造过程中也出现了一些问题,如改制不规范,政府职能部门的协调和服务
功能不配套,产权关系不明晰等等。文章对存在的问题及问题产生的原因进行了剖析,并提出了解
决问题的相应对策。 |

| Recently in o rder to ada pt the ag riculture eco nomic development, Service Uni ts of
Ag riculture Machinery System in China w ere ca rrying o ut SCO refo rm increasing ly.
How ever some pro blems come up during the SCO reform, such as o ut of standard in
o peratio n, incoo rdinatio n of g overnment administ ra tiv e depar tment , indefinite ow nership,
etc. This paper a naly zed the problems and reasons resulted in the reform and presented the
cor respo nding measurement to reso lv e the pro blems. |
